Shipping and Delivery Policy

Business Days and Operating Hours
Please be advised that the official business days at Maran Atha are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for all Maran Atha employees and shipping companies.

Delivery Process
Our primary mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience. To ensure a smooth shipping process, Maran Atha primarily delivers orders through third-party logistics providers to guarantee timely delivery.

Standard delivery time is within two to four days, depending on your geographical location. We provide the flexibility to choose a suitable delivery time.

In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A signature is required upon receipt of goods. We will deliver to the registered address, and the signature of anyone at that address will be considered confirmation of receipt.

If no one is available at the delivery address, we will ask you to contact our customer service to reschedule delivery. The company attempts delivery only twice and is not responsible for orders exceeding seven days from the first delivery attempt.

Order Fulfillment Time

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.

Custom-made orders are fulfilled based on the individual production time specified on the product description page.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.

Special order deliveries will have a quoted shipping fee added to the final order balance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates will be provided upon order placement. These estimates commence from the shipping date and not the order date.

Maran Atha strives to fulfill orders within three business days, except in exceptional circumstances.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier policies, delivery location, shipping method, and the items ordered.
